Surrounding area has tree-lined streets that lead to nearby dining and cafes. Residents have views of city area from balconies and windows. Heating and air systems are in good condition. Lack of English Speaker from Property Management make expats´s stay there a bit challenging, but good quality of apartments and reasonable rental do attract lots of tenants.
