There are three types of the gas supply in china:? city gas, natural gas and bottled gas, depend on which property.The common and famous supplier in Suzhou is Town Gas,whose service time avaible from 9am to 9pm.

Cable or Satellite TV

Most buildings are digaital cable-ready, giving you even more Chinese channels,and even International channels which costs extra usage fee. New and foreign compounds will have foreign channels like CNN, and BBC, and other channels in English, Japanese, French, and German via satellite TV. Individual satellite dishes are not legal, but are routinely sold and installed. You can find these by looking for ads in both English and Chinese publications. Phone

Security Guards

Many apartment buildings have a security guard by the entrance .They’re just discourage unauthorized entry. Ovens

Gas connection regulation will make it easier to buy one in China.Usaully the oven brand in Suzhou will be Ariston,Beko,GE…which are electricity connection.
Refrigerators and Freezers
Once unless your new housing was built specially for foreigners, the refrigerators will be smaller compared with the ones at home. Two-door refrigerators complete with ice-makers are starting to appear on the local market so if you must, you can buy locally. With a culture of food shopping everyday, there is little need for freezers for the average home. If must, look for them in restaurant supply stores.
