Job title : Account manager
 
Key Role & Responsibilities :
The role is within the FULLHOMEs Account Management team as supervisor to the account team and coordinator to maintain relationship with our key account customers

The day to day work includes liaising between HR department of the customer (or other relevant department) and FULLHOME employees to ensure that daily work /service is correctly coordinated, delivered on time and exceeds clients expectations.

  • The role carries a high degree of responsibility, both working as part of a team and individually, to strive for market leading results.
  • The ability to manage relationships and deliver clear and concise advice, in a fast and dynamic environment.
  • Develop the existing team in the short term. Expand further in the medium term dependent upon business flow
  • Ensuring that best practice and modern work practice improves the accounts efficiency as well.
  • Generating accurate Work In Progress information
  • Respond efficiently to any kind customer requests.

    Knowledge & Skills :
    Likely to be qualified and with 5 years post qualification experience this will be a testing job for someone at this level and requires someone who has ambition and the ability to move quickly within the team to a more senior position.

    Experience within real estate business management and agency, as service provides the crux of the day to day activity. The ability to communicate clearly to people of different cultures and backgrounds will help in reporting and delivering concisely to the client.

    A good level of spoken and written English is essential and the successful applicant will find a second European language of great benefit.

    Key Role & Responsibilities :
    Client Contact & Business Development

    Work with the various department heads to create and implement a coordinated Business Development strategy for the Valuations activity China wide

    Create productive relationships in marketplace amongst the many International clients to enhance a strong work flow.

    Client/solicitor liaison - confirming brief - presenting final report. You will also work with MNC clients that are formally represented by FULLHOME at a corporate level.

    Work with the account team - implement best practice and identify cross-border requirements from clients.

    Represent the Company at strategically important meetings/conferences.

    Become accepted quickly within the Company (and other relevant parties) as a valuable member of the team.

    Key Role & Responsibilities :
    Based in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Suzhou or Nanjing you will support the development of a portfolio of long-standing, quality clients; being responsible for acquisition residential leases both for retained and non-retained clients.

    You will work to bring value to some of the largest and most respected developers/landlords in the region. Your main objectives will be to provide service like home search, lease negotiation, and tenancy management service, as well as introducing tenants to existing instructions with a confident approach to recommendations and knowing when to influence, or adapt to, client demands.
